保存在设备上的内容
工作空间、网站分身名称、网址、图标和偏好保存在设备本地。不同网站分身使用独立的 WebKit 网站存储，保存 Cookie、登录状态及网页缓存。WeDual 不将这些内容上传到我们的业务服务器，也不提供跨设备同步。
Mac 可保存用户主动选择的应用或图片访问授权。iPhone / iPad 应用锁在本地钥匙串保存加盐密码校验信息、开关状态和失败次数等，不保存明文密码。Face ID / Touch ID 由系统处理，我们不获取生物识别原始数据。
访问网站与获取图标
打开网站时，网站及其服务提供者会接收正常网络请求，可能包括 IP 地址、浏览器信息和该分身中的 Cookie，并按其自身政策处理信息。WeDual 的会话隔离不代表匿名浏览。
为显示网站图标，App 可能向目标网站请求公开图标或页面信息。这类图标请求不使用分身的登录 Cookie；目标网站仍可能看到请求的 IP 地址等网络信息。
官网与支持邮件
本官网在浏览器本地保存语言和外观偏好，不接入广告追踪、支付或授权系统。网站托管及网络基础设施会为交付页面和保障安全处理 IP 地址、请求时间、路径及必要的访问日志；正式托管使用 Vercel。
当你主动发送反馈时，我们会收到邮箱地址、邮件正文及你选择附加的内容，用于回复和排查。App 反馈链接可能携带版本、系统、语言、问题场景和稳定错误代码；官网将这些信息放入由你确认发送的邮件草稿，不自动上传完整诊断日志。请勿提交密码、验证码或 Cookie。
Vercel 隐私政策App Store 与历史交易
下载、Apple 账户与历史交易由 Apple 按其规则处理。当前商店版保留功能免费，无需购买解锁；当前 Mac 商店版不包含 TelemetryDeck 统计实现。旧版本的交易或订阅处理以对应版本行为及 Apple 记录为准。
Apple 隐私政策保留、删除与选择
本地数据会在正常使用期间保存。删除空间或移除入口不会删除网站分身；从分身库删除分身会清理其网站数据和关联入口。网站服务器上的账号或内容需通过相应网站处理。应用卸载后系统是否保留容器、钥匙串或备份取决于平台行为，不能把卸载视为所有数据均已删除。
支持邮件和必要日志仅在处理请求、保障安全及履行适用义务所需期间保留。你可通过支持邮箱请求查询、更正或删除我们持有的个人信息；我们会核实请求并按适用要求处理。清除浏览器站点数据可移除官网偏好。
信息共享、安全与政策更新
我们不出售个人信息。仅在提供托管或邮件支持所需、法律要求或你明确同意的范围内处理和披露信息。托管及邮件服务可能在你所在地区以外处理数据，适用其服务与隐私规则。
我们采取合理措施保护信息，但不能保证任何系统绝对安全。请仅提供完成支持所需的信息。我们会在此发布政策更新并标明日期；涉及个人信息处理的重要变化会按适用要求告知。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用并访问适龄网站。

Who provides the service
WeDual is provided by Changsha Eedon Technology Co., Ltd. Contact support@eedon.cn with questions about this policy or our processing of personal information.
Information on your device
Workspaces, clone names, URLs, icons, and preferences are stored locally. Each website clone uses separate WebKit storage for cookies, login sessions, and cached content. WeDual does not upload this content to our business servers or sync it between devices.
Mac can retain access permissions for apps or images you explicitly select. On iPhone and iPad, app lock keeps salted password verification information, settings, and failed-attempt information in the local Keychain, not a plaintext password. The system handles Face ID and Touch ID; we do not receive raw biometric data.
Websites and icons
When you open a website, that website and its providers receive normal web requests, which may include your IP address, browser information, and cookies from that clone. Their own privacy policies apply. Session isolation does not make browsing anonymous.
The app may request public icons or page information from a website to display its icon. These requests do not use the clone’s login cookies, but the website can still receive network information such as the requesting IP address.
This website and support email
This website stores language and appearance preferences in your browser. It does not integrate advertising tracking, payments, or license services. Hosting and network providers process IP addresses, request times, paths, and necessary access logs to deliver and protect the website. Production hosting uses Vercel.
When you send feedback, we receive your email address, message, and attachments for support. App feedback links may include app and system versions, language, a problem context, and a stable error code. The website adds these to an email draft for you to review and send; it does not automatically upload complete diagnostic logs. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or cookies.

Apple processes downloads, Apple accounts, and historical transactions under its own rules. Retained features in the current App Store version are free without a purchase to unlock. The current Mac App Store app does not include TelemetryDeck analytics. Older transactions and subscriptions depend on the relevant app version and Apple’s records.
Apple privacy policyRetention, deletion, and choices
Local data is retained during normal use. Removing an entry or workspace does not delete a clone. Deleting a clone from the library clears its website data and associated entries. Accounts or content held by the website must be managed with that website. Whether uninstalling retains containers, Keychain entries, or backups depends on the platform; uninstalling does not necessarily remove every piece of data.
Support messages and necessary logs are kept for as long as needed to handle requests, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. We verify requests and respond as required. Clear browser site data to remove website preferences.
Sharing, security, and policy changes
We do not sell personal information. Information is processed or disclosed only as needed for hosting or support, as required by law, or with your consent. Hosting and email providers may process information outside your region under their own service and privacy terms.
We take reasonable protective measures, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Share only information needed for support. Policy updates will appear here with their date; material changes will be communicated as required. Minors should use the app with a guardian’s guidance and visit age-appropriate websites.
