适用范围与提供者
本条款适用于长沙绎动科技有限公司提供的 WeDual App Store 版本及 edual.eedon.cn。App 的许可同时受 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议及适用商店规则约束。本条款不限制适用法律赋予你的权利。
Apple 标准 EULA功能与使用范围
WeDual 用于建立网站分身和管理多个工作空间。Mac 还支持原版应用与普通网站入口；移动端仅组织网站分身，可选应用锁仅适用于 iPhone / iPad。当前保留功能免费使用，无需购买解锁。各平台具体能力以实际发布版本为准。
工作空间与网站会话保存在当前设备，不跨设备同步。Mac 最低要求 macOS 14，iPhone / iPad 最低要求 iOS / iPadOS 17。
第三方网站与账号责任
第三方网站的内容、账号、服务和数据处理由对应提供者负责。你应遵守网站条款及适用规则，保护账号凭据，并对自己的操作负责。不要利用本产品从事未经授权访问、欺诈或侵害他人权益的活动。
网站可能限制内嵌浏览器、要求额外验证或改变兼容性。我们不保证所有网站、登录方式或未来版本持续兼容，也不绕过网站访问控制。页面中出现的网站商标仅用于识别对应服务，不表示合作或背书。
数据与删除
移除工作空间入口或删除空间只改变组织关系；删除分身会清理其本地网站数据及关联入口。请在删除前保存重要信息。我们不提供账号密码找回或网站会话备份。
移动端应用锁使用独立密码。密码与生物识别均不可用时，不提供绕过验证访问内容的方式。系统、设备和第三方服务变化可能影响访问，请妥善管理自己的账号与设备。
历史购买与订阅
当前免费版无需历史购买权益即可使用保留功能。更新、卸载或停止使用 App 不会自动取消历史订阅；请在 Apple 账户的订阅管理中核实续订与到期状态。历史购买、账单和退款按 Apple 交易记录、规则及适用法律处理。
本次功能与收费调整不否定历史交易依法享有的权益。需要协助时，请联系 support@eedon.cn。请勿在邮件中发送 Apple 账户密码或完整支付凭据。
管理 Apple 订阅更新、服务与联系
App 更新通过 App Store 提供。我们可能为兼容性、安全或产品维护调整功能，并在适当渠道说明重要变化。对于无法控制的第三方中断，我们会提供合理支持，但不能承诺服务永不中断。
本条款不排除或限制依法不得排除的责任。争议可先通过 support@eedon.cn 联系协商；适用法律规定的消费者权利和救济继续有效。条款更新将在此公布并注明日期。

What WeDual provides, how your data is handled, and where to get help.
Scope and provider
These terms cover the WeDual App Store apps and edual.eedon.cn, provided by Changsha Eedon Technology Co., Ltd. App licensing is also governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement and applicable store rules. These terms do not limit rights granted by applicable law.
Apple standard EULAFeatures and use
WeDual creates website clones and organizes multiple workspaces. Mac also supports original app shortcuts and ordinary website links. Mobile organizes website clones; optional app lock is available on iPhone and iPad. Retained features are currently free without a purchase to unlock. Features on each platform depend on the released app version.
Workspaces and website sessions remain on the current device and do not sync between devices. Mac requires macOS 14 or later; iPhone and iPad require iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.
Third-party websites and accounts
Third-party providers are responsible for their websites, content, accounts, services, and data processing. Follow their terms and applicable rules, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for your actions. Do not use WeDual for unauthorized access, fraud, or violations of others’ rights.
Websites may restrict embedded browsers, require further verification, or change compatibility. We do not guarantee ongoing compatibility with every website, sign-in method, or future version, and we do not bypass access controls. Website trademarks identify their services and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Data and deletion
Removing a workspace entry or deleting a workspace changes organization only. Deleting a clone clears its local website data and associated entries. Save important information before deleting. We do not provide website password recovery or session backups.
Mobile app lock uses a separate password. If both that password and biometric authentication are unavailable, the app does not offer an authentication bypass. Device, system, and third-party changes can affect access; manage your accounts and devices carefully.
Past purchases and subscriptions
The current free version does not require historical purchase entitlements to use retained features. Updating, uninstalling, or ceasing use does not automatically cancel a past subscription. Check renewal and expiration in your Apple account. Historical purchases, billing, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s records, rules, and applicable law.
Changes to features or pricing do not negate your legal rights relating to past transactions. Contact support@eedon.cn for help. Do not send your Apple account password or complete payment credentials.
Manage Apple subscriptionsUpdates, availability, and contact
App updates are delivered through the App Store. We may adjust features for compatibility, security, or maintenance and communicate important changes through appropriate channels. We provide reasonable support for problems, but cannot promise uninterrupted third-party services.
These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support@eedon.cn to discuss a dispute. Statutory consumer rights and remedies remain available. Changes to these terms will be published here with their date.
